Instead of logging in to each job board separately, Mercury Recruit lets you distribute a role to every connected board the moment you’re ready to go live. Select your target boards when you publish a job, click Post, and Mercury Recruit handles the rest — formatting, submission, and status tracking across all destinations. Combined with a hosted career page that lives on your own domain, you get a complete sourcing presence without the manual overhead.

Career page

Every Mercury Recruit account includes a hosted career page that automatically lists your open roles. Candidates can browse positions, read job descriptions, and apply directly — all without any additional setup on your part.

Hosted Career Page

Available on all plans. Mercury Recruit hosts a public career page at a Mercury-provided URL. Every published role appears automatically.

Branded Career Page

Available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Apply your company logo, colors, and custom domain so the career page looks and feels like your own website.

Set up your branded career page

1

Open Employer Branding settings

Go to Settings → Employer Branding. This is where you control how your career page looks to candidates.
2

Upload your logo and set brand colors

Upload your company logo (PNG or SVG, recommended minimum 200 × 200 px) and enter your primary and secondary brand colors using hex codes. Mercury Recruit applies these across your career page and candidate-facing emails.
3

Configure your custom domain (Professional+)

In the Custom Domain field, enter the subdomain or path where you want the career page to appear (for example, careers.yourcompany.com). Follow the DNS instructions shown on-screen to verify ownership. Domain verification typically propagates within a few minutes.
4

Preview and publish

Click Preview to see how your career page looks with live job listings. When you’re satisfied, click Publish. Your branded career page is immediately live.

Publishing a job to your career page

When you create or edit a role in Mercury Recruit, the career page destination is selected by default. To confirm a role is published to your career page:
1

Open the job in Mercury Recruit

Navigate to Jobs and select the role you want to publish, or create a new one.
2

Go to the Distribution tab

Inside the job editor, select the Distribution tab. You’ll see your career page listed as the first destination.
3

Confirm the career page toggle is on

Make sure the toggle next to your career page is enabled. It is turned on by default for every new role.
4

Save and publish the job

Click Save & Publish. The role appears on your career page immediately and candidates can begin applying right away.

Publishing to external job boards

Mercury Recruit connects to a wide range of job boards, grouped by focus area:

General Job Boards

Reach the broadest possible candidate pool by distributing to high-traffic general employment platforms that attract millions of active job seekers every month.

Industry-Specific Boards

Target niche talent communities by posting to boards focused on specific sectors, functions, or candidate types — from technology and engineering to healthcare and finance.

Remote & Flexible Work Boards

Tap into communities built around distributed and flexible work arrangements, ideal when you’re hiring for remote-first or hybrid positions.

Diversity Job Boards

Expand the diversity of your applicant pool by distributing to boards that serve underrepresented communities and diversity-focused job seekers.

How to publish to job boards

1

Connect your job board accounts

Go to Settings → Integrations and select a job board connector. Click Connect and follow the authorization steps — this is typically an OAuth flow or API key entry. You only need to do this once per board.
2

Open the job's Distribution tab

Navigate to the role you want to distribute and open the Distribution tab in the job editor.
3

Select your target boards

You’ll see all connected job boards listed with toggles. Enable every board you want to receive this posting. Some boards let you select a job category or set a budget for sponsored placements directly in this view.
4

Review and publish

Click Save & Publish (or Update Distribution if the job is already live). Mercury Recruit submits the role to every selected board simultaneously. You can track posting status — including any board-specific errors — back on the Distribution tab.
Sponsored or premium placements on external job boards may incur costs charged directly by the board provider. Mercury Recruit passes through the board’s pricing without markup and shows estimated costs before you confirm a sponsored post.

Managing job board connections

Review and update your connected boards at any time from Settings → Integrations.
ActionHow to do it
Connect a new boardClick Browse Connectors, find the board, click Connect, and complete authorization.
Refresh a connectionIf a board shows a warning icon, click Reconnect and re-authorize. Connections occasionally expire when you rotate credentials on the board side.
Disconnect a boardClick the board name, then click Disconnect. Existing published roles are not automatically removed from the board — log in to the board directly to unpublish those listings.
Check posting statusOpen any active job, go to Distribution, and view the per-board status column. Statuses include Live, Pending, Error, and Expired.
The complete list of supported job boards is available at mercury360.com/recruit/integrations. If you need to connect a board that isn’t listed, contact support@mercury360.com — the team can advise on custom feed options or upcoming connector releases.
