- A clear description of the issue — what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
- Steps to reproduce — if the issue is intermittent or workflow-specific, walk us through how to replicate it.
- Screenshots or recordings — attach visuals if they help illustrate the problem.
- Urgency — let us know if the issue is blocking active hiring so we can prioritize accordingly.
